Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product:
- Because this is a bathroom product, we ask that you please return the item within 15 days of date of shipment. This date is stated on your invoice.
- Please include the packing slip along with the reason for return.
- Please prepay shipping costs and insure the package for the value of the item being returned. If the item should be lost or damaged without being insured, no credit will be issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment less all shipping costs. Packages sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Returned items must be post dated on or before the 15th day from the date of shipment. If post dated later than 15 days, a partial credit will be issued: 15% percent of the purchase price will not be refunded.
If you received the wrong or defective item:
- Please follow the instructions above.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment including original shipping fees and return shipping fees. We retain the right to determine if the item is defective as stated.
We ship within the U.S. only. All shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) which delivers within two to three business days from the date of shipment. You can expect to receive your package within seven days from the date of purchase. We do not ship overnight.
We will never give or sell your name, address, or e-mail to another party. All credit card transactions are processed securely through Pay Pal. We do not retain credit card information.
